We are located 60 minutes NORTH of Grand Central Station close to the intersection of I84 & I684.

By car:
From South of Brewster:

Take I-684 North to Exit #9W (Rte 84 West).

Take Route 84 West to Exit #19 (Carmel/Rte 312).

At end of exit ramp make a right onto Rte. 312. Follow to end.

At end, make a left onto Route 6 East, follow approximately 1 mile

Go straight at traffic light, and approximately 100 yards after light, make a right into Brewster Square Plaza. The SLS Health offices are located on the Upper Level.


From East of Brewster:

Take Route 84 West into New York, to New York Exit #19 (Carmel/Rte312)

Follow directions above.


From West of Brewster:

Take Route 84 East to Exit #19 (Carmel/Rte 312).

Follow directions above.


By train:
Take the metro north east of hudson railroad line to the Brewster station (not Brewster North). The current schedule is available on the MTA website. From the station take a taxi along route 6 out of the village of Brewster for approx 1. mile to Brewster Square Plaza on the left side. The SLS Health offices are located on the upper level.
