Our PAT program is a community integrated residence offering a transition from MultiCare. PAT provides psychosocial rehabilitation and care for people who require an extended period of care.

Cooking

At PAT, individual and group therapies continue to be provided by the SLS clinic team as the focus of treatment and residential care shifts towards rehabilitation of social, educational, vocational, and self-care skills.

Members are expected to take more responsibility for daily maintenance activities such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Opportunities for paid and volunteer work are available to those who are clinically ready to take on this challenge.

The PAT program is housed in several apartments, where three to five members reside. 24-hour staff supervision and support is provided, and a program schedule runs from 8 AM to 8 PM. Members are involved in community activities both as part of a group and on their own.

Other than medication costs, the daily fee is all-inclusive. Contact us for current fee information.
